$2,500 CONCUSSION AWARENESS EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIP 2023

We know concussions can be educationally, physically, and emotionally difficult and challenging. We are excited to offer four $2,500 scholarships to help students in Washington County graduating in 2023 advance beyond high school.

In 300 words or less, tell us about your personal concussion and the challenges you discovered and conquered. What do you want others to know about concussions and recovery? If you are awarded, how do you plan to use your scholarship?

In a short video of 2 minutes or less, introduce yourself, talk about your concussion, and describe your most difficult challenge and your most proud accomplishment during your recovery. Have fun!

If chosen as a recipient, your video submission will be used on our website and social media to promote concussion education and awareness. You and your guests will be honored at our yearly fundraising gala in September 2023.

Applications Due:
April 28, 2023

Award Notifications:
May 19, 2023

Recipients will be contacted directly by Impacted Inc. via phone or email.
